The daily blog of October 15

 It's night of 11:10pm (GMT+5:30)IST Kolkata lying on bed trying to think about the day and how to present my day in front of you. My alarm clock starts beeping at exactly 5:00 and I groan and try to imagine it's not there. When the noise doesn't stop I roll over and throw the ominous object across the room. It always hits a precariously balanced stack of books or CDs and they always come crashing down, adding to the scene of devastation that is my bedroom floor. I fall asleep again slowly; until, twenty minutes later, I'm terribly woken by my mother's voice "just get up and follow your dreams". I wake up and get fresh went to playground at around 5:40am for jogging completed around 2 miles in the morning as it is part of my daily life for health  


The playground is almost 500mt track and I had completed almost 6-7 round of this playground so that I get fit and strong although in today's competitive world it is important to be fit, strong and healthy, physically as well as mentally, after sort of jogging I just sat on an uprairsed platform and complete my yoga session.

Nowadays everyone is realizing the benefits of yoga. Although it is an ancient practice, yoga is an exercise that has become an essential part of the daily life of millions of people. Some attend formal yoga classes to learn yoga while many learn yoga online at home. Yoga has many health benefits if done well in my routine it includes:-

1) Surya Namaskara

Surya Namaskara,Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar, is a yoga practice that consists of a flowing sequence of some twelve beautifully joined asanas. The asana sequence was first recorded as a form of yoga in the early 20th century, although similar methods were used by wrestlers in India earlier. The basic sequence involves going from standing dog to down and up and then back to standing, but many variations are possible. A set of 12 asanas is dedicated to the Solar God Surya. In some Indian traditions, the verses correspond to a separate mantra.

2) Siddhasana

Siddhasana, or efficient posture, is an ancient sitting posture in hatha yoga and a suitable exercise for modern yoga meditation. The names Muktasana and Burmese position are sometimes given for the same pose, and sometimes for a simpler version.

3) Vajrasana

Vajrasana, Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose, is a kneeling posture in hatha yoga and modern yoga. Medieval texts describe various postures under this name.

The practitioner sits on the heels with the calves under the thighs. The kneecaps are four toes apart and sit straight with the first toes of both feet touching each other.

4) Naukasana

Naukasana, Boat Pose or Parivana Navasana is a seated posture practiced in modern yoga.


After yogasana I started my meditation session which it takes 30-35 minutes

Meditation

 Meditation is the practice of consciously spending time with your mind. We sit, breathe and try to focus on our breaths to take time out of our busy days. Doing so helps us to become more aware of our thoughts, to be kinder to ourselves and others, and to connect with the present moment.

After this all I had taken bath the with breakfast around 8,I started studying for my competitive exam started with current stuff 

After all I am a aware citizen of this country I must know what's going on in our country and state, election and education, science and technology.

Then I had started completing my core syllabus of core subject which is chemistry. After chemistry I had to revise and read other subjects like History, Geography, political science, Indian economy and so on which all are important for the exam I have to cover all the syllabus in the specific time with proper planning to defeat the exam and also to win. After few hours of study the love of computer attracted me towards him and I got attracted and started met surfing through my browser and the time was around 7 pm in the evening I went to market to purchase some groceries which are required at home and hence my day ends up with this blog which you are receiving.
