The daily blog of October 12
Who will visit your personal blog(The daily blog) as you are not an star(celebrity) or starkid So there is no use of creating your personal life blog.
Many of you had this type of or similar questions about my personal Blog right so,in this blog I will explain all one by one let's start with answering this.
I am writing for myself only. It does not need to have any kind of structure. It can be as personal, as boring, and as stupid as I might feel at that moment. There's no need to think about what I am writing, there's no need to check for grammer, meaning, objective or length. It may be absolutely liberating.
I do remember only one thing that
Recently I discovered a memory jar wherever you'll fill the jar with all the great reminiscences and whenever you're feeling down you'll begin reading them which can raise your mood.
Why I decided to Keep a personal Blog?
private diary moments
Keeping a diary helps me to enhance my vocabulary, set up my day, manage my thoughts, and chase my goals. Writing has long been referred to as a stress-management tool, that life coach Carole Anne Rice supports. “When you bump into nerve-wracking situations”, she says “you appear to induce a a lot of healthy perspective on things once you’ve written them down.” Carole Anne recommends a three-step writing method to her purchasers so as to manage negative thoughts:

Importance of journal.
Keeping a diary or journal is an ancient tradition from 10th century Japan, and has been common practice for many acclaimed creative personalities. The 19th-century playwright and novelist Oscar Wilde once said: "I never travel without my diary. There should always be something sensational to read on the train." Wilde seems to have been wise, as there is increasing evidence that keeping a diary has a positive effect on your well-being. From reflecting on emotions to keyboard habit. By far, we take a look at why keeping a pen on paper can serve as a powerful life tool.
What am I going to write in my The daily blog (dairy)?
Unlike writing on public or social network sites, a diary can and should be more private,But due to digital era I choose to go with this personal Blog instead of diary. It allows me to explore my personal feelings about important events that happen in my daily life. I believe that "the [diaries] that really work are the ones that support what I'm doing and what I'm learning from it." Research by the Journal of Experimental Psychology indicates that writing about our feelings can reduce stress and intrusive thoughts about negative events. I believe in the effect of gratitude journals, which bring out a list of things I am grateful for. I believe it is simply to focus, because "Gratitude is just thought and if I focus on it, I will experience it more." It is important that the diary remains a place for me to write freely and honestly. For some, it may be that sentence structure is forgotten in favor of expressing feelings and thoughts naturally. After all, it is a matter of self-reflection and not the reading of others.
Writing down any negative thoughts that I may have.
Rewrite this thought in a positive light.Focus on the positive thought and imagine it to be true, as it may well be.
It’s just as important to acknowledge why I some have certain goals, as it is to list the goals themselves. This enables me to look back and remember the reasons I have for the choices I made. It’s all part of a learning methods.
