The daily blog of October 8
It's late night of 10(GMT +5:30 Kolkata) had dinner and laying on bed thinking about what to write let's start .
Analysts recommend that somewhere in the range of 25 and 40 percent of understudies experiences the exam fear.
As per survey, it is seen that around 66% of students admitted that their parents pressurize them for better academic performance. The tension from non-graduate guardians was more contrasted with guardians those were graduates and post graduates.
What is exam fear
Exam fear is a mix of physiological over-excitement, strain and substantial side effects, alongside stress, fear, feeling of dread toward disappointment, and catastrophizing, that happen previously or during test circumstances. It is a physiological condition where individuals experience intense pressure, uneasiness, and distress during or potentially prior to stepping through an examination. This uneasiness makes huge hindrances to learning and execution.
Now you are thinking why I am writing about exam and exam fear, because today I'm also busy with my exam and I too having exam fear even at the age of 25, although I do not tell which exam,But I will share my experience of exam. Exams are most important part of life which tells you where you stand in the competition, also it decides your future.
individuals let you know that "a solitary piece of paper didn't chooses your future, yet this assertion is off-base I say it does chooses, stand by don't pass judgment on me I'll make sense of everything "assume you are failed in any subject once then it's okay try again but if you fail again and again then that subject is not made for you,try new things in the world full of subjects and according to your interests". hence that single sheet has given you the direction agreed?
Now I'll discuss what things happened and what I did before, during and after the exam
Before an Exam
Low motivation levels
Lack of preparation and planning
Forgetting everything what you have read
Competition from peers in mind
During An Exam
taken a deep breaths.
While writing the exam, if a question causes me to freeze, then move on to an easier question and came back to the difficult one later.
After an Exam
I did not ask other people how they have done in the exam. I have done my best and I can’t go back and change my answers so the second I step out of the exam hall, forget everything else and just focus on my next exam, let destiny decide my results.
Although exams are just a part of life, not a life and life is too short if you don't believe ask butterfly.
Always remember that scoring bad grades or failing a test isn't the finish of everything. our Former President of India A. P. J. Abdul Kalam said "FAIL =First-attempt-in-learning"
And The great scientist Albert Einstein said" if you never failed you Never tried new things.
